Step 2: After submitting the form below, please send 10 to 25 photographs of your property via mail, drop box or email (JPG. FORMAT). 
Include photos of exterior front and back, and the larger main rooms of the house, living room, kitchen, den. 
If we feel we can market your property, our photographer, will set an appointment to photograph your home in a format we can present to our clients. 
There is a one time listing fee of $175 - $225 paid to our photographer at the time of photographing to cover printing, mounting and web site uploads. 
Our photographer will provide you with a CD of the photographs. 
We generally work with property owners on a Non-Exclusive basis. We negotiate the deals, execute the contracts, handle payments and security deposits, and provide site management during rentals.
